One paper copy of appeal books and application records must be submitted no later than 5 business days after the date on which the Requisition for Hearing is filed.

A party who wishes to file an electronic document by using OneDrive must request a link to access this platform by email to FCARegistryCAFGreffe@cas-satj.gc.ca. Please ensure that your request includes the court file number, the style of cause (name of the case) and the type of document sought to be filed.
